Touch, reach and return
Reach & Return
Move between a central home target and a target on the side you choose. There is no timer, no game over and no required number of repetitions.
Why this exists
Random targets can be useful, but sometimes a predictable movement pattern is easier to concentrate on. Reach & Return keeps one target in the centre and asks you to move out to one side, then come back before the next reach.
What this lets you practise: a repeatable reach-and-return pattern, deliberate touch and moving attention between the centre and a chosen side. Use whichever hand, arm, pointer or combination is comfortable for you.
How to practise
- Choose the side pattern, target size and reach distance that feel comfortable.
- Press Start practice, then touch the central Home target.
- Touch the side target when it appears, then return to Home.
- Continue at your own pace, or finish whenever you want.
A full repetition is counted only after you return to the centre. You can use touch, a stylus, mouse or another pointer that activates ordinary buttons.
The Home and side targets will appear here after you start.
